I will take the slow option as my old legs are fatigued from riding the Mont course yesterday
Good write up on Mount Annan ,I am tempted to join you guys but midday out there is a bit warm for me,as I did a 65 km cycle path ride this morning I might just relax this arvo.
Have fun guys and Watch out for Waynes black and white buddies
And thanks Jeeten , i enjoyed the ride. And after a quick calculation of the last six days , i have ridden 121.5 ks and now starting to feel a tad tired .
The more i ride this place the more i like it ( apart from the log Jeeten ?)
See you on the next one
Wayne
are you in training for something Wayne? maybe you should start tappering now
Well yes i am Montana , in a rush of blood in December i entered Capital Punishment for 100 k's of Canberras best trails, and the more i train the more i get to enjoy before the black cloud of pain decends on me during it .
There is also the Mont and , having ridden the course on Wednesday i know i need to train a little harder than for last years Sparrow Hill version
Thanks BikeBoy!
Watch that large log role people if you approach with speed, the seat (was higher then normal) hit my butt and flung me over the bars landing near the second log. Shattered helmet, ripped my skin and injured my shoulder! First injury in over 10 years, surely this pain can’t last more then one week?
Hows the weather been out that way? If the track is OK are you still up for an early lap on saturday?
