Call Bourke's Bikes in Taree. They usually have a 7am Saturday shop ride and are happy for folks to join them.

By the way, it's called Kiwarrak, pronounced like "K'warwick".

I am also heading up to Forster tomorrow. The best riding in the area is arguably Kiwarrak State Forest (opposite the tip). The local bike shops have detailed maps of the trail network, and most of the trails are signposted! The local MTB club also has a Wed 5pm ride for a couple of hours - this is the best way to experience the fast flowing trails without trying to figure out which trail goes where. I'll be doing just that this Wed.
