Those skinnies are amazing... the mangled web at 1:27 is crazy. Great stuff... Beautiful woodwork building!

I wonder whether a pump track that is built to the theoritical correctness of a perfect sinusoidal wave is better than one that may be tweaked a little. May have to ask Lee McCormack at Pump Track Nation fame.... when I discussed pump track with council staff they were ok with the idea of something like that but had a preference for concrete.... i am not sure about that as it can't be tweaked if its wrong in some way. Could end up with a really crappy berm or pumps that just don't work.

I thought the waves were getting to vertical in the above video. Speed became limited. If the waves were lower or not so steep then more speed could be built up to the point they could then start jumping the gaps. Concrete would mean no erosion and no maintenance. But then they couldnt be tweaked and it wouldn't be the same as dirt.
