Best way to start my Sunday morning before getting into a load of schoolwork. Part of my training for a race I'm hoping to compete in for my school, though won't be pushing it too much. Just crusing and pedalling up at a brisk but not painful (for me), so experienced riders are preferable.

Saw some runners...training for the Six Foot Track Off Road Marathon....Pfft!
Not a bad ride though... good training both for running and walking as we discovered with all the runners!
