Just going to do Perimeter and Long out and back at a steady pace. Probably about 1hr 20min return to carpark. Anyone welcome to join, I am just happy to get back on the bike

I need to do an easy ride back too and was thinking the same out and back along P & L. Unfortunately I won't be able to get way from work for that 5pm start time. Are you open to a later time or maybe the following day?
What time do you think you could make it? I was just thinking if we started at 6pm and things went pear shaped eg stack or punctures the light might start working against us. I could stop being a lazy bugger though and bring my lights
we could go out Saturday morning?
OK you convinced me to change. Saturday morning it is
Hey guys. I'm fairly new to sport. Are you guys going to be going hell for leather or taking it pretty easy?
But I'm going to be throwing in everything I've got. I will only stop if my shoulder hurts. Otherwise I am hoping a quickish 20-25km/hr pace.
@Cambo are you thinking along the same lines?
Yeah, the 20-25km mark is probably about right. I wasn't planning on stopping too often if at all. Having said that I don't want to get to a point where the back starts hurting and I take two steps back in my recovery. From the car park I think it is just over 20kms and I was hoping to do it in around an hour if all goes well
O'well. I'm not afraid of bit of hard work. Its not a greatly technical track is it?
They don't come much easier than this one. I haven't been out there for a while but last time I rode it was hard packed graded fire trail
I'll be driving a Silver Golf and riding a Black 575
Latest weather is showers building in the morning but only 2-4mm so I'll be there. I am hoping with the early start we will beat any rain. Grey Territory riding Giant XTR1
was going to do the dam tomorrow (my regular saturday ride), but have decided to come and join you instead, haven't been there in the while and it's always more fun riding with other's.
see you there.
Fun ride this morning guys.
So glad the shoulder held up. If I didn't know any better I'd swear it was never broken only 4 weeks ago.
Phil
Good to hear
