Sunday Bloody ( Hot ) Sunday

After many laps in the last few months i thought i would give it a nudge today . After a warm up lap i hit it as hard as i could for the first quarter hitting 175 on the Polar in the process , ouch ... held up by a couple on a gardens tour by bike , no probs push harder , coming to the first log roll and try not to throw up .... going going over the crossings still good , little loose now but still sort of grippy , shit kids bike down on the track , slow down till he picks it up and push on to the last little section , down the gully over the last rock garden and up the short fireroad to the end ....... its bloody hot now throw some endura down and keep it down .

Happy with that time with some more time to come off when i am feeling a bit fresher and cooler AND no human speed humps
