Hi Paul, I may make it will confirm by Sat
Hi Paul,
Bec and I will see you there on Sunday.
Nigel
If the trails are too wet then I may stick to the road, otherwise I'll be there...
I'll confirm on the day itself. Definitely keen for a ride on the weekend but I'll bail if it is too wet or raining.
Paul, where is the nearest place to park a car? Is it on the corner of Oxford Falls Road and Wakehurst Parkway or is it on Aroona Road itself?
Thanks,
Tat
Plenty of space
or opposite the aroona rd entrance across the creek.
I reckon it will be too much of a mud bath.
Next time...
=;o)
Like what ar_junkie said, it will be a mudbath considering the weather over the last 2 days.
Next time.
Tat
also bailing cause of weather
I was not expecting the Wakehurst Parkway to be closed.
So after a trip up powderworks road etc got to gates opposite Aroona road.
The wildlife didn't mind the weather, there were 2 beaut Gang Gangs flying over at the start and I saw a wallaby.
I ended up meeting Roy and Louis and we did the original route until Roys chain got stuck on the way back, so we came back via the bitumin. There were heaps of bushes down, which we cleared as we went except one on nursery rhymes. It was very, very wet. All tracks are going to be affected for quite a while considering the rain is not over.
Cheers
