1/2 hr walk
3 x 15 sit ups
3 x 10 push ups
Really wanted to get the "gym" set up this week before I went away but won't get the time. Need to some other form of static exercise for strength and toning.

Hey Exposed... have you been swimming for a while? Notice you mentioned this in the early days, but didn't notice it since. One of the best all round forms of exercise you can get of course. Tough in winter though... brrrrr.
FWIW, I reckon you must do each form of exercise at least twice a week to stop it feeling a bit tough when you get back on the bike, in the pool, on the rower, etc.
You're right though it is a great overall workout, just need to find a way to go without the littleun's as its hard to do laps when you're meant to be watching them![Eye-wink Eye-wink](https://nobmob.com/sites/all/modules/smileys/packs/Example/wink.png)
