Next you gotta go for a Manly Dam run - 20+ mins for sure.
Got any GPS data you can share?? - love to load that time into mine to see where I am losing time

Sorry mate. Don't have a GPS. I'm a uni student and can't afford any of that fancy stuff. Broke as it is after upgrading my bike a few weeks ago.
Cheers

I hope you're a sport science student... Or maybe you are doing a phd on Warp speed as applied to Mountain Biking. A GPS does work out to be of great value tool as it helps log your rides, check your times (and those of others) Most offer a HR function too - to help you train in a specific HR zone. Most have come down in price too.

Also thre BMC will need the GPS for when it breaks in half..... : ) that way you can give your exact location of where to send the helicopter...

Are you guys riding the same track as us. Is there a short cut that you want to share with us. Tell us all the secret and please don't tell us to pedal faster!!!!Eye-wink

I don't know my way around the area well enough to know if there is a short cut. Seen guys go in there with knee pads and full face helmets but never figured out what tracks they ride.

Please don't tell me my bike will break in 2. The BMC has been great so far. Best bike I have ever owned by a long way. Previous guy upgraded to the same bike in carbon so he must have liked it too

Don't worry, its just a cannondale guy who aspires to one day stepping up to some swiss precision.

Im not just a Cannondale guy... Im a Cannondale nutter... Anyway, im used to copping it... Smiling Besides my Cannondales dont break, its always me!

Put the BMC around Manly Dam - see how it goes. Hopefully it will be as good as PS's specialized...

All Good : )

Every Cannondale guy I have met is a Cannondale nutter. Even the Yeti tribe are way off your pace when it comes to supporting the brand and we all know someone who loves their Yeti.
