Buying gear online - great experience!

Just wanted to call out the incredible customer service from cellbikes.com.au. I have no links to them other than being a customer. I searched everywhere for new "bite valve" for my Camelbak. Found it online at cellbikes.com.au - ordered 2 last night (Sunday) and have just had the package delivered to my door by courier less than 18 hours later.
I have bought quite a lot of odds and end from them over the years - never a stuff up or problems. Well done to them - keen to see if others have a similar experience with them.

I've had similar experiences, the best was having the package delivered within 24 hrs of ordering it
order in the morning and delivered that afternoon !
I was about to buy some shoes O/S then checked Cell - just in case - Got the same shoe $20 cheaper next day - nice

Same here fast delivery at a good price. Ordered Sunday had the product on Monday morning. I don't buy overseas as much as I used to.
Not only quick their customer service is good too. I orderd four bottles of lube but when it arrived it was one large bottle (same amount as four small bottles) - I mailed them and told them that my order was for two of us and it would be difficult to share one large bottle of lube, they asked if I was happy for them to send me two small bottles for free which they did -and that arrived quick as well!
i ordered two bite valves off them about 2 months ago and they took about two weeks to be delivered they must have been out of stock when i ordered. Although i did order a bike pump of them and it was damaged when i recieved it i rung them in the morning and i had a new pump here by lunch time which i thought was fantastic service.
