Dirt Works Tyre choice

Any suggestions for tyre choice for DW, at the moment my steed is wearing Racing Ralph's and I've been more then happy with them, but with this weather and not having ridden DW before I'm beginning to wonder if I should be considering a more intermediate? Any thoughts or experience with the loop and conditions would be great.

cheers

GNR conditions as of today http://nobmob.com/node/20709#comment-63851

Me, I'll be running an Ignitor up front and a Larsen or Crosser out back.

Ralphs are a perfect tyre for DW - roll well, good width, and light.

Dont bother changing them.

I had them on when I went out on Monday on GNR found them great even in the rain so no problems there.

Ahh so the bruises and sprains are just rider error then Sticking out tongue

But to answer the original question. With so much road and firetrail I think the fastest rolling tyre you have will do just fine.

When did Logan last go riding and not fall off? Anyone? Eye-wink

I think his just confirming what we all know

scumming = fitness - technical skills

Was fine at the Mont until the last lap and even then only on the final corner.

However I will admit that I am not brilliant technically, but I am improving. Also your not a proper cyclist until you have crashed at least 10 times.

.....the question you really need to ask is what pressures do we run for Dirtworks as all tires are suitable (my opinion).

I run 35 psi

Good luck
