Some nice footage in there of the new stuff.
You need to do the Tip Trail in the other direction, berms aren't fun uphill.
Snakes and Ladders/Buckshot makes a really nice climb now though.
I have ridden it both ways and I reckon that it is equally fun in either direction, just an awesome section of trail and will only get better the more it beds in. I was not sure which direction it was supposed to be ridden in as you are sort of funnelled into the uphill option when approaching from the lower two jump parks.
The climb up Snakes/Buckshot is a cracker. I really enjoyed the old trail as it was a bit technical, but this is just so flowy and nice to ride. Once again, it is great in either direction, but obviously designed to be a climber and rides better in that direction.
Tip trail will be a descent through the berms. It should form a really nice trail, Up snakes and Ladders/Buckshot, into the tip and onto the Mudjumps/quarry.
More lines are planned in and around the berms, they just haven't happened yet.
That all said, riding up the tip trail as in your video isn't going to harm the trail at all and there is plenty of sight line to see if anyone is flying down it.
Right you are. Nice legal loop would be;
Kenny's Trail
BJ's
Shhhh....It Happens
Suess Land
Shaft
Sealed Road back up to Scenic Drive
Suess Land
High Roller
BJ's [shame not to do it twice eh!]
Fire Trail
Snakes and Ladders
Buckshot
Tip Trail
Lower quarries
Bamboo
Jumping the Gun
Twisties and Dip
Right at the bottom and up the Easement Trail to GCR
Back to the gates
How many ks do you reckon? Maybe 10?
The big ask in that loop is riding back past the entry to shaft without riding in for another loop.
A challenge I couldn't do, I'd be stuck there till I cut across to the bottom of BJ's/Shit Happens.
Haha, yep good call. I have some footage of that section too. I'll post it up later this arvo.
You like climbing ah.
