Any sugestions re training for a solo attempt.
i am no expert at solo 24hr races, but i would say that you need to be doing quite alot of riding per week. Maybe 15-20hrs per week as a guesstimate, maybe other solo riders can help out here.
I am in a team of 4 so expect to ride between 6-8hrs over the 24.

Broken pinky so no scott for me.
You were going so well! Did the injury occur while riding at least?
Broke it last night in bantry bay riding with some other single speders. Left little finger in two places to be operated on next week. Might make it to the fling see how we go.
