Hi all.
This is a set of Powertap Wheels. The hubs (powertap rear, and matching front) are built onto 32 hole Mavic Open Pro rims.
The wheels are in excellent condition, and perfectly true, with very light use.

Further to this, included is the rest of the kit - CycleOps head unit, USB docking station, and HRM chest strap.
We'll also throw in the tyres (Vredestein Type 3), but not the cassette pictured.

The hub was serviced by Monza (Australian Powertap service center) only 3weeks ago (about 1000km) and has fresh batterys.

This was owned by my girlf Jenny who weighs very little and is incredibly light on her kit. Furthermore, she hates riding in the rain, so it has only ever seen dry (indoor or outdoor) miles.

This kit is everything you need to get training seriously on the road with power. If you have aspirations to improve your position in races, or just to get stronger overall - training with power is by far the most efficient way to do this.

As an added bonus, if the buyer is interested, I'll provide introductory advice on setting up training sessions based on power. I promise that it will improve your riding, speed, fitness and recovery.

Great price, great kit.

Tempting think I need to change my drive train before i can buy any more goodies. Campy record was a nice idea when I built my bike but pain trying to find good wheels.

Hey - you know you can buy a campy freehub body and just pop it in. They arent expensive.
If you are keen, then its worth looking at.

I'll take the $81 off the price.

I assume the hub is ant+ and will talk to your existing garmin head unit?

Its the SL+ or the SLC+ which is wireless and uses ANT+ if you have a Garmin 500 for example.

The hub is the SL+

I actually have some ceramic bearings at home so could make it an SLC+ at some stage.
Yep - its Ant+, and has had the firmware update too.

It works with all Garmins, with the head-unit provided, and also with a Joule (or other such ant+ headunit).

We are currently using it with a Garmin 800, but have used a 500 too.
