I am interstate for work over the next couple of weeks.
Can anyone recommend spin classes in Melbourne / Adelaide ?

If you're in Adelaide take the fiveseventyfive with you. Eagle MTB Park is right on the edge of the city and there's a nice hefty climb up to it to get you warmed up to boot.
