Hope you all enjoy the ride - I'll be out training at my secret high altitude training camp.
Right then Mr Hathill Billy. Looks like I'll have to stop bombarding you with all my low altitude rides on SportsTracker and start riding in secret too. Not to sure that my fitness level will change though.
First thing we learnt at the training camp is to wash your bike every ride - no matter if it was 1km or 100km's.
Actually, spend more time cleaning than riding is best.
It's funny you say that. I know people around here that reckon you clean your bike more than you ride it.
There's nothing wrong with taking a little pride in your bike.
Looks like it might be wet for this ride. Will wait and see.
Ooooooops, forgot it's my son's birthday on Wednesday.
I'd like to come join you one time, but it looks like rain is approaching tomorrow and I live too far (N Beaches) to afford being wet..
