Big upgrades on the evo!

Well it was time for the big upgrade, i decided that the 150 forks needed tossing and in there place came som 2012 160mm fox talas rlc with kashima coat and fit cartridge, also a nice new sram chain, cant remember the serial number, but its good, also a nice polished thomson 50mm x4 elite stem, bike now feels absolutely awesome, and it now comes in at 12.9kgs, very happy with that!

Went out for its first run today, omfg it was unreal, these are so much better than what i had on before, fox 150 floats, these monsters take time to get the adjustments right, but when you get them its awesome, rode my new bit of techy track today, it felt like it just cruised through it, usually it is pucker up and pray time!
Nice ride mate! Those forks look far more suited to the bike that the skinny old things!
Looks like the bike may be ready for a trip out to Lithgow, or down to Oxy or St Ives for a run!
Yeah that is the plan mate, much more suited to bigger stuff, pick a time mate and lets do it, cant beleive how much beteer the bike feels, also with the 50mm thomson stem it really gives me a much more comfy position on the bike!
They look awesome cause they are !!, I've had a brief and top secret test run on them and can attest to their sturdiness, the bike holds a line very well even a badly chosen one.
Well then they are perfect for Todd!!!
