Does anyone know how Craig Gordon's doing? Will we be seeing him at races anytime soon?
Craig watched his young nephew's MTB debut at the WSMTB club round at Blue Gum on 7 Aug. At that stage he was not back on the bike - but was hoping to soon.
He is running a Skills Clinic for the WSMTB juniors back at Blue Gum on Sat 10 Sept - prior to our next club race up there on Sunday 11 Sept. See www.wsmtb.com
Last I spoke to him was nearly a month ago and he was actually at the Doctors when I called so didn't get too much info. He is recovering slowly as you could imagine but he is the hardest nut I've ever met so it wouldn't surprise me to see him race again one day but even Gordo will require considerable time to recover properly. I did hear he has ridden his bike in the last week or so.
