Fox RP23 Required (Where to buy one)
OK, getting ready for Red Hill and my rear shock has lost all its air
This is the second time this has happened (fixed under warranty once before) so I'm ditching the monarch and going to get an RP23
Can anyone recommend where I can get one new at a decent price that will have a valid warranty in OZ.
Also, if anyone has one lying around I'd be interested. Its 200mm eye-to-eye and 50mm stroke.

Fox shocks aren't immune from the problem, I've had it happen but fixing is just a simple matter of replacing the air can seals, a task which is user serviceable and for which Fox has published youtube vids. Maybe you could look into this tomorrow morning for your RS shock?
The only annoying thing is the USD6 Fox universal seal kit somehow translates to AUD35 by the time the LBS has lightened your wallet!
I bought x6 on eBay for about $30 delivered. Have a look.…
have a look at Push Industries or TF Tuned. i think dirtworks might provide warranty for Pushed stuff.
I bought an rp23 from tbsm online last year. The os sites weren't that much cheaper, and tbsm were able to provide appropriate spacers etc so I could fit it. It was also re-assuring that if I didn't order exactly correctly at least I was dealing with someone in Sydney
Thanks for the responses. Now time for some shopping

Anyhow, I bought a new large can RP23 from TBSM about 2 or 3 years ago
Delicious put me onto it when he posted a reply when I asked much the same question
Both the shock and the shop were as good as everybody says
About 700 clams fitted from memory, and cheaper than anything I could find OS
Edit: Didn't even see Aerial Al's post above - totally agree
I'm going to contact them on Monday and shh about the spending just in case Fiona sees it
That shock is awesome and a good choice. Don't simply buy it of the TBSM site and plug it in when it arrives. If you must buy it from them, call and do it over the phone. These shocks come not only in size choices but also tuning choices for the way your suspension works and how you ride. Get this wrong and your bike will not pedal right or track correctly and will generally feel awful. I see these mistakes often and it is easily avoided.
Better yet, go to your nearest/favourite bike shop and negotiate a deal incorporating the correct shock and installation.
The next time you see me, you can buy me an ice cream.
and it's attached to a proper bike too
