Hey guys, i have recently been to these jumps located just off olivet street, and i noticed how large they are in size. I can personally jump these, but i know that beginners are often discouraged, and will not fully make use of this interim dirt jump site. It would be great if some of the original jumps could be reduced in size, or made as tabletops, or maybe other smaller jumps could be built in this area. I would gladly help with any issues regarding these trails and there development, either it be a dig day or whatever.
Thanks, csrides.

Council was quite interested in having this area utilised, but there needs to be an interested group of riders to run with the ball so to speak.

The council when prompted said they need to mark out the permitted area again which means they will need to look up what it is and then send someone down to signpost it.

I think after that they ar pretty much prepared to let the group do what they want with the area and not really have any interest in the running of it.

The BMCC Dirt Jump policy document is probably worth a read as well.
