Just. Completed the tre-x triathlon. Very well run event set on the banks of the hawkesbury river. I highly recommend having a go next year if you like a challenge.

will definately post up info of next years. this was my first triathlon event. swimming needs alot of work, but was a lot of fun. there is talk of heading up to the sunshine coast for the back2back event in late january.
Was a great weekend
Really well organized and 3 tough events
Only bad point was the mass of thorns puncturing everyone's tyres at the event hq
Good for those of us tubeless
Thorns were definitely a pain in the ass. Gave me a very slow leak after first lap. Had to pump up tyre on the last climb. Wish there were more off-road triathlons about.
Did you do the 3 events ?
the ride sunday was great fun
Unfortunately not. As I said was my first triathlon so wasn't sure how much hurt I was going to be in. Will definitely be doing the whole dirt master next year. How did you end up. Still waiting to see results online to give me something to beat next year.
