hi
have sid xx front forks and they make a squeeky noise when compressing.sounds like the top legs are dry against the lower leg seals.the shock is new and didnt squeek for the first 2 rides then slowly starts once the suspension works for a short period or as they get warm.

was thinking of lubing the top legs with a silicon spray but thought get some views first.

Wouldn't try anything that may void warranty. Take it back to the shop & get the professionals to fix it. If it's not a warranty job (bought cheap from overseas on the net) I'd use a very thin film of slick honey around the seals.

Are you sure that you're not just hearing the damping fluid rush through on compression stack?
On all of my forks: Revelations, Sids, Reba's and Fox Vans and Floats there's been a noticeable "pfutt" kinda noise when I hit something that makes the fork compress quickly. If this is the case the noise should alter if you play with the damper settings. compression (Blue knob) or rebound (Red knob).
If you want to try anything just add some 15wt suspension fluid to the foam stantion seals. You can do this by forming a gap between the stantion & seal using a plastic cable tie and dripping a bit in. I personally like the fox blue shock lube for this.

Personally I'd adjust the compression to near nothing and the rebound to controlled but fast enough to stop packing down then leave it as is.

Its well know that all RockShox forks can be a little dry straight from the factory. I had a set of brand new forks a few years ago that had to oil in them at all!

If you think the noise is coming from a dry dust or oil seal then you could put a little bit of slick honey on the stauntions near the seals and cycle the forks up and down. I clean a slick honey my seals every couple of rides and it keeps then feeling great!

cool il try the slick honey as i do believe its the stauntions as it normally starts squeeking after been riding and colected dust.
