Hi,
I intend to go to the Bike Buller MTB festival next March.
Wondering if anyone would have any tips regarding where to stay for the event.

Headed down this year, from what I understand you organize through the central reservations found the Mt Buller site.
Rreminds me I have to get on this.
I travelled over to Bike Buller this year with a group of 6 and we stayed in an apartment at the top of the village, most of the village is shut down/closed for maintenance so choices for a meal were limited. The prices at the supermarket at the village were very reasonable so cooking for yourself is always an option. The apartment complex was undergoing maintenace and the central heating was turned off so things were a bit cool at night for a group of West Aussies. The event itslef was awesome and well organised but the rest of the village staff not directly involved with the Bike Buller event seemed to think it was an inconvenience. If I was to attend this event again I would camp at the bottom near the river and make the short drive up each day to compete.
