of the ridgeline you dont have the same sustainability constraints as being cut into the hillside,
looked for the most part as sustainable as you could want for the area it is in, if anything the trails have probably improved the land
I know it probably doesn't rain much there, but a decent thunderstorm will mean they'll be looking for another ridge to find something rideable.....
You'd hope its on private property and not in a National park or such.

and rain only seems to pack trails tighter in these enviroments
