Had booked a Narrowneck ride tomorrow morning and its going to be washed out and full of clouds.

Did not want to miss the opportunity of this leave pass.

Can anyone advise of what is rideable within 90 mins of Sydney - Maybe Wingello

Thanks

Given that Penrith had over 100mm of rain on Thursday evening (and the amount of rain in the past 2 week), I'd say that Yellomundee should not be ridden.

WSMTB will be out there on Sat AM doing some track work, so I'll post a Trail Status update after that.

Looking at the Severe Weather Warning for the metropolitan area a boat might be a better idea. Preferably a big wooden one with lots of animals. Smiling

Rydal was fine through the week (fire rd was boggy but single trail was sweet) Had a bit of rain last night but sun is out now.

Was nice and dry last weekend. Don't think it has had much if any rain this week.

I think you'll need to allow more then 90 minutes drive for dry trails.

The road is looking good.

Surely 14mm rainfall in the last week wouldnt be so bad out there?

Three consecutive weekends on trails that aren't that exciting to begin ... hmmm....

It was dry here in Singleton up until about an hour ago. I guess it will be roadie rides all weekend...again!

Is less then a 90 min flight, Stromlo could be ok.

WSMTB did an inspection at Yellomundee today Sat 11 Feb - it's a disaster area! See my Trail Status post.
