I'll be there if my hip recovers from today. I crashed the damn bike coming on to a road near my house. The front wheel semi-deflated as I jumped off a curb and the front washed out. Of course I was landing on bitumen, so I'm a bit sore at the moment. 59km/hr down the Oaks and I crash doing 10 within 200m of home.... doh!
Nasty Paul. A slow ride with me on Wednesday will help the hip heal.

Big hills on a social ride? hmmmm sounds tempting. Might leave the single speed at home that night.
The hills can't be to big if I ride up them. You guys with low BMI will need your jackets this week.
I'll declare myself fit, however I'll reserve the right to walk whenever I feel like a chicken. If it gets too steep, I'll just blame the bruise ;o)
I might have to stock up on the winter woolies too. Was damn cold this morning and that was with the sun up too!
Time to pull out the thermo's. These chicken legs don't like the cold.
