they're brilliant. nobody needs a dually with one of these things. it feels as though theres about an equivalent of 1inch travel in the rear. in sure there isnt, but thats what it feels like
.
ive crashed mine heavily where i was sure the frame was going to be snapped in three places but it survived perfectly fine. not even a scratch.
the expert is great value.
ok, wow. Ive heard reviews about the new frames on the scott scales getting stress fractures and cracking, especially the carbon frames
Now im convinced
Cheers
you wont regret it! the expert paint job is sooo much easier to keep clean than the RC. the matt paint job looks killer, but i have to hit it with Mr Sheen every now and then to get all dirt off.
ok cheers
The expert sounds the way to go, its just that it seems like they arent for sale over her in Perth
The stress cracks you mention are actually fatigue cracks, and surviving a big hit is not evidence that the fatigue failures won't occur.
The chemical reactions in resins that cause them to harden don't necessarily stop once the bike leaves the factory and embrittlement may not occur until a year or a couple of years down the track.
It seems some manufacturers have a better handle on controlling that than others.
ok cheers
