By Noel - Posted on 15 November 2007

When:
Friday, 16 November, 2007 - 16:00
Duration:
2 hours
Come Rain or Shine:
I'll be there, no matter what the weather.
Ride Database Entry:
Lane Cove National Park
Meeting Point:

South End of Kissing Point Road. You might want to park at the shops near the BP servo and Ride down. I'll prolly park right at the end of the Kissing Point road.

Details:

This is novice stuff. We don't like massive hills. Myself and a couple friends frequent Lane Cove. We will do a nice up and back with a small loop at the end. This ride is ideal for a novice.

How long will the ride be and what distance?

Noel's picture

The concrete for the short eroded slope was poured today.

Maybe it's 10-15km's? to do the warm-up lap. Then do it again faster.

I don't measure my rides by distance. I measure by time and pain.

All up 2 hours riding with 3 Noelameters (Scale 1-10) of pain.

Some sections of this trail were graded 2 weeks ago. A nasty ditch in the fire trail has been flattened and an excellent hump that provides nice air has been added next to it.
