squirt.
Not sure about WA but i switched to squirt a couple of months ago and I could not be happier.
Squirt is great
I'm using the finish line wax lube at the moment but I'm not sure if its doing the job as good as another lube might be able to
I've been using Rock 'n' Roll Gold for the last year or so, really like it, especially in dry conditions. I've tried wax lubes but couldn't ever figure out if i was using enough or how much i have applied etc. I would try wax when its wet and mucky thou as thats when its supposed to work best over oil.
Hope this Helps,
jono.
morgan blue race oil its gotta be good all the pro teams use its more a road bike oil but i do use on the epic ,ride & clean reapply
Use my 29er for both commuting and off road. Used squirt and it keeps the chain nice and clean in the dry, but not that flash when it gets wet. Had the resort to the White Lightng Wet Lube for winter, makes the chain look dirty and you get the oil tattoo up the leg if you are not careful. Better than having a squeaky and rusty chain.
Squirt on my mtb, road, cyclocross and my other bikes.
Squirt for the dry and Finish Line Wet for the mud.
What is this dry weather you speak of? All my teflon lubes have passed their use-by date and I'm running out of Purple Extreme. Bring back El Nino....
Yep, I vaguely remember him.
Used Squirt today in damp-ish conditions around Cascades, Snives and Terrey Hills. Wasn't bad. No chain squeak despite 53km of damp sandy trails.
Normally I've been using Purple Extreme.
Went to use my Rock n Rolla Gold on Saturday morning to lube up the chain on my roady and it has turned to grease in the bottom of the bottle from the cold. I think it was only a week between use, and the bottle is less than 12 months old. I gave it a good shake, and it did loosen up a little, but it came out of the nozzle like really thick honey, not the way it usually comes out.
