Seeking Team for Scott 24 2012

Gentlemen,
Unfortunately the team I have been riding with, is unable to compete at this years Scott 24.
I'm looking to join another team.

The team I'd like to join will be focused, comitted & loyal to each member.
the team will preferably be in the 40+ but I'm open to realisatic suggestions.
I'm not in the elite catergory.
I'm not there to be part of a social team. Sure I'm socialble type but my focus is on riding to my best ability. Supporting other team members as best I can so they can achieve thier best as well.
The type of team I would like to ride for is comitted for that race. Where every member can be social enough to make everyone else feel at ease & where the only reason you can't ride is sickness, injury or death.

I've ridden in 4x24 hr events now. If I'm lucky enough and find the right team, The Scott 24 2012 will be my 5th.
I've been exctreemly lucky to be part of a team which has had 3 top 10 finishes in the Scott 2010 (3rd) Scott 2011(8th) Mont 2012(5th) in the 40+ 6 man team.

If you are a serious team and one of your usual members has had to pull out. Perhaps this can be a mutualy benficial to all parties.
