Hi,

My brother is returning to Oz for 2 weeks after defecting 10 years ago to Ireland. He a a MTB club member there in Dublin and we would like to have a ride or two when he is here.

I was in Canada recently and hiring/demoing a $3-4k dually in Rocky Mountains is no sweat at all. Haven't found anywhere that does similar grade of bike here - anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

You may want to try a few bike shops who rent out demo bikes, although it is not cheap for around $70-80 a day. I have spoken to North Sydney Cyclery in Chatswood (Specialized) and Clarence St Cyclery in CBD (Trek) before when I wanted to try bikes before a purchase, I don't think they would mind you having the bike without the intent to buy either.

Hired for a mate from Bike Addiction in Manly a few years ago. Got at Reign for around $70.
