Hey Phil, the writing on the wheels is so fancy I can't understand it but looks like it says Fulcrum Red Metal 5. Inside the rims it says "ETRTO 559 X 19c"
Hubs are Fulcrum and say "20mm oversize axle" and "2:1 spoke ratio"
Skewers look like standard 9mm quick release.
