Just got my latest delivery in a week ( thanks to the posts about multi tools had to get one) the return adress is to Victoria and label says post paid Australia and the box says Wiggle.com.au - can someone in the know explain what they are doing - Assume they are warehousing local now?

Type in www.wiggle.com.au and up pops a wiggle australia web site. It would appear that they have launched a local service. Great news for the consumer, not sure how the LBS will feel about it though

It looks just to be the UK site using a .au domain. All your log in is the same with the same order history and the contact info is all overseas.

I think my order came ex Au - There was no external customs docs only an internal invoice and some pamphlet about an event in Vic

I have just returned a broken set of xtr pedals for warranty replacement to Wiggle at a Melbourne address. They originally came from the UK. I think the local return address was just to make it easier to send things back.

Did the tracking system should show you where they were picked and dispatched from?
