This pre-Xmas ride starts at 7:30am at the Japanese School roundabout.
This is a social ride - join us and meet some new (and old) riders, and be back home in time for pre-Xmas cheers...etc.

My return leg via Cascades was less fun. The Snives Niggle was good, but Cascades was just plain hot.

Thx for the ride guys, glad I came along and that I didn't hold the gang up - I'll definitely join you again in the new year. There were parts of the trail that i didn't even know existed, great to have local guides!
Hawkeye that is a decent ride you did this morning, especially in the heat - kudos to you.

Yeah, the climbs out of Cascades Track to Stone Parade were tough in the temperatures and lack of breeze. Pretty much emptied the tank.
Had in mind to do some other tracks on the way home, but had nothing left so just took the fastest, flattest route I could find
