Trails in the Ulladulla area
I'm off to Ulladulla for 3 or 4 days over the new year and was going to take my bike.
After a bit of searching, I could only find this trail:

Does anyone know of any other trails in the area? I'm happy to chuck the bike in the ute and drive for up to an hour if that give me a few more options.
Thanks in advance, Pete.

Head about 50 mins south to Mogo. Tonnes of trails in there where they run the Angry Doctor.
Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo! Mogo!
Go here:

Drive to the trail head. Look at the big map. Follow the signs. Ride round in circles. Watch out for wombat poo. Enjoy.
Mogo it is then! I've just done a bit of reading and everyone gives it rave reviews.
Thanks for the link, Lach
check the local bike shop next to Subway there on the southern end of town Mountain sports i'm guessing , they have races down there on weekends it is within 15mins of centre town the tracks are or there are 3 tracks in Nowra southern side too .
Pete I'll be holidaying in that neck of the woods for a week from the 2nd Jan and I'll also be bringing my bike. I've never ridden there before but have also heard good things about the area - Maulbrooks MTB park in Mogo being a well known spot (link to map is already posted). If you are planning to be there that week PM me before end of Dec and we'll see if we can catch up for a ride!
to this site it could be called mudmtb , which you use the same username & password to log onto here like I say contact the local bike shop in Ulludulla there is only one there .
@siklama - I'm there between the 28th Dec and 1st Jan so we'll just miss each other
The trails around Nora look good too, looks like it'll be a good few days down there!
What about Nowra/Currambene State Forest (http://nobmob.com/node/15886) ?
Further south, I've found that http://www.bermagui.net/Bermagui_track_map.pdf but never tried or been there.
But what about this trail in Ulladulla he posted first, is it any good?
The trail there is a lot of fun, from memory (it has been a while) it's a bit 'switch backy' in places but some of the switch backs are quite technical steepish down hill stuff. Definitely worth a visit if want to smash out some laps.
So many options
The trouble now is finding a way to disappear on the bike every day without the wife getting the shits!
If she likes quirky little towns with gift shops, cafes and antique places, you could drop her in Mogo for a few hours while you hit up the trails. Or get her to drop you at the track and she can drive across to Broulee for a swim or a walk around the "island".
And if you have kids you can leave them in Mogo to Pan for gold or at the Zoo
What women don't like towns like that! Ha ha. Sounds like the perfect plan
Thanks again, everyone, for the links and advice.
I went down to Mogo today all I can say is awesome!
I went with some none riding mates so it was never going to be fast paced but it didn't matter, the trails are smooth, flowing and the last downhill section is probably the best bit of trail I've ridden.
Thanks for the recommendation, gents. Hopefully I'll get another chance this weekend for another blast.
Winners are grinners!
How good is that last downhill section!
Should be down there in early Feb. to see mum-will try to get down to try the trails at Tathra & Jindy this time.
Thx for the quick review Pete, as you know I'm there next week so looking forward to it. Is the loop well signposted?
Yeah, it's really easy to follow. I normally take a picture of the map at the trail head to check I'm on the right path.
You'll love it
