The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Meeting Point: 

There's a small parking area on Caley Drive next to the trail head. This is approximately 2.1km South from the larger road junction (circle) at Mt Annan Drive and approximately 1.4km South of the main car park.

WSMTB CamelBak 4 Hours Summer Series - Round 3
6pm-10pm, 16th February 2013 at Mt Annan Botanic Gardens

Event area will open at 3.30pm for parking etc. Please park as only as directed, and not under trees. Rego from 4pm - 5.30pm sharp. Please register online to save time on the day - plus avoid the $10 per rider fee for on-the-day rego:

The series will be running the following Categories and Costs:

Solo Men, Solo Women, Solo Single Speed:
$30 [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if a non-MTBA member]

Pairs Men, Pair's Women, Pairs Mixed:
$45 combined [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if a non-MTBA member]
Note for Mixed Pairs - the female rider must complete 1/3 of total number of laps.

Threes Mixed (at least one female rider required):
$60 combined [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if a non-MTBA member]
Note that one female rider must complete 1/5 of the total number of laps.

Threes Women:
$60 combined [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if a non-MTBA member]

Three’s Juniors:
$30 combined [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if a non-MTBA member]. Note that if you only have two riders, just enter on the day with no cost penalty.

S.O.B. non competitive - for those older riders just wanting to have a pedal around. Just $10 per rider. Enter 1 rider online - plus anymore at the race with no cost penalty. Note that any rider who tries to win this category will be DSQ!
$10 per rider [+ 1 x day licence $20.00 for each rider if non-MTBA member]

NOTE: You don't need a MTBA license to enter (a Day Licence can be purchased online)

• From the east: from the M5 Motorway take the Narellan Road exit - Route 9. Take the right fork towards Camden/Narellan along Narellan Rd. Continue along Narellan Rd and turn left at second set of traffic lights indicated by the brown tourist sign the 'Australian Botanic Garden'.
• From the west: Follow the Northern Road onto Narellan Rd at Narellan. Continue along Narellan Rd and turn right at traffic lights indicated by the brown tourist sign the 'Australian Botanic Garden'.

Could be the crying noise made by those who don't come and ride! Or could stand for whatever you want - maybe good for a prize on the night for the best idea. Entries available online until Friday midnight (easy and saves $$ and time), or at the race until 5pm.

Weather is looking good - but keep an eye on WSMTB Facebook and web page.
