Martin Krause or Jacqui Ryder are both excellent. Jacqui helped me get my lower back right, and most recently the nerve compression issue in my foot caused by a dodgy spin bike pedal.
....I wasn't going hard at Wilo....just a chilled meander through the singletrack my friend. It was just relative to your slothsome pace that it seemed fast
I am out for the weekend unfortunately. Was soooo looking forward to it!
Got my leg brutally massaged and dry-needled this morning. Went in with a sore knee, and came out with a leg that is so sore and stiff that I can no longer discerne if my knee still hurts. Not entirely sure that is value for money!
Blair Martin, a top cyclist himself so he understands your needs.
He's at Milsons Point just above Luna Park.
.....have booked in, but unfortunately he is away and the first appointment is 28th March
Ian thats what you get for going too hard last weekend Do i sense some weakness for this weekend ?
