Monthly trail maintenance of OMV.
The regular track maintenance day is happening on Saturday the 1st June @ 2pm.

Here is the programme for the day:

• Finish split rock - Phew! Finally.
• Add a rock to a spot on the south side black run - "What! To make it even harder?"
• Take rock and crushed sandstone from off the road and take it to the Magic Mushroom area
• Smooth the Magic Mushroom track out and get it flowin'
• Work on the first 2 BIG berms on the Crusher run
• Clean the main trail sign of graffiti (nice one Numbnuts!)
• Have a laugh, meet new peeps & feel you've accomplished somethin' worthwhile

As always make sure you wear sturdy shoes, gloves and a hat, and bring drinking water and a water proof jacket in case of rain plus sunscreen and mozzie stuff to slap on.

We hope you can make it
All the best

Hi guys, one day I will get an opportunity to help with maintenance. I love riding OMV and everyone has done a fantastic job on the track. It seems as though every time there is a maintenance day, I have to work I need to rearrange my shifts!
Keep up the good work and I hope to be there on the next lot of trail work Smiling

Didn't recognise you at first, you've lost so much weight! Well done. Smiling

A question: A couple of guys rocked up just as we were leaving and were getting ready to ride about 3pm when the spitting raindrops were just starting to turn into very light patter. Just enough to cause you to need the windscreen wipers.

I had a word with them about not riding - which they ignored.

What's the view - was riding like that OK, or would you prefer they didn't ride?
