any interest in a lisdale bash at some point? ive never been there myself, would love to check it out! im thinking maybe in 3 or 4 weeks time?

sounds good, but is serious racing? or just a casual thing? (im no racer! normally a good couple of minutes off fastest times on any given trail!)

hmm perhaps saturday would work, i might look into this 8hr thingo too...is there possibly a tour guide whos been there before free to come along at some point?
Racing is never serious, the 8 hr events especially so.
The 8hr is put on with a big emphasis on the social/fun aspect.
Come along and try either or both of the days. The DH trails are simple with a few big jumps(all with B lines) and tight corners to sort the fast guys from the rest of us.
The XC course is going to be around 8kms long this year and likewise, fun at normal pace but hard to do fast.
I['m tied up Saturdays for the moment but we're out there every Sunday until the race weekend doing maintenance, it's mostly bunted up already so you shouldn't have a worry about finding the course.
I am keen on doing this next weekend on the Saturday or Sunday. Never been there though so can't show you the way.
Do the XC and DH if we can find our ways around.
