Bottom Bracket Tools
Can anyone tell me the type of bottom bracket tools needed to remove and install BB's on these 2 bikes please?
First two pics are from an Enduro and the last two from a Giant DH Comp. We like green....

You can get tools cheaper than Park that still do the job fine, and it is not difficult at all.
put a shout out for tools for beers
make a new friend, have a beer and go ride when your bb's are better
The Park one is my choice as well.
I use it regularly so it's worth the investment.

I own the icetoolz brand bb tool, does the job fine. Picked it up from my LBS.

As this is a duplicate cross post from another forum, is the OP even aware of the thread here?
It's easy, but just make sure you read the chainset manual or some help guides to avoid cross threading the BB shell and knackering your frame. One of the threads turns the opposite way to the normal right for tight.
A good tip with any thread is to rotate the wrong way initially until you feel it drop very slightly. This will be the point were the two threads have engaged each other, and then tighten by rotating the correct/opposite way. Even when you're sure of the thread direction this tip helps ensure the threads are square to each other. If the threads bind it's best not to force them if you haven't first made sure they're aligned correctly with this tip.
Thanks, picked up the spanner needed, i took it apart, cleaned it and no more creaking, 30mins done and dusted...cheers guys
