What MTB tyre for kids 24" bike?

Hi all
Just got my son this bad boy. Tyres are shot. I was going to get the Ignitor/Crossmark combination but Maxxis don't do them in 24". It will be mainly used for XC and light DH (eg Mt Gunjin).
Recommendations?

rocket rons come in 24'' tyres my mate put them on his son new bike not that long ago .
