All - looking for tips on were to ride this weekend. I was thinking something on the Northern beaches maybe west of Wakehurst Parkway?? not to familiar with the tracks & how quickly they drain after heavy rain.
I have ridden long trail at Terrey Hills, something different is preferable

Thanks in advance.

Drains well, is actually better after a bit of rain. Bit more of a challenge than Terry Hills

Except for when you hit those patches of bog and pickup massive, sloppy and sticky clay straight into your derailer and crankset. Last time i rode there after heavy rain i went through a seemingly "shallow" puddle at the bottom of heath trail decent and i ended up with clay up to the bottom of my handlebars. Still wondering how a managed to stay on the bike Laughing out loud

On the hole cascades copes well with a bit of rain but after the rain we've been having down here the thick sand at the top of the trails and loose sloppy clay and the bottom dosen't play well with bikes.

Was thinking of riding Mt Annan on Saturday, does anyone know if it is dry enough or even open?

Facebook advising currently closed and unlikely to open for the weekend. However, today will be warm with a good wind so hopefully that helps.
