I'm running a KS Lev on my Pivot that I bought second hand, and while I've only had it for a week, it was used for 10 months prior and is showing no signs of wear. I've heard of people running various models in the KS range for several years without much servicing as well, and they have a pretty good rep worldwide for being one of the more consistently reliable brands. The only other one I really considered was the Gravity Dropper Turbo as it's a faily simple spring design that's near on indesctructible, but that comes with the tradeoff of a rather ugly dust boot cover.

Look into the Reverb too, or the Thomson dropper. I run a reverb on my rallon and have done for almost 2 years and countless kms. never had one problem. just got a second one for my occam as well.
