Very, very cool
Aye Im moving to Canada aye, Who's coming with me aye
Love the way this is the only way you could get the UK to look 'hot'
I recently read that Lance Armstrong has about 150 KoMs.
I'm not sure if you're saying that for a rise, but 150 isn't very impressive. I had 42 end of last year and am a slow old bloke.
Laurens ten Dam currently has 1112.
Im surprised by the lack of riding in Canada
Interesting. There was a similar web site I saw awhile back. Same thing, but was just an overall view, you couldn't select a time.
As for Strava KoMs... I wouldn't place much weight as to how many many people have.
I can go out and get 100 easily by the end of the year, and still struggle to be a Cat2.
Just the same way as MOST pro's have zero KoMs as they don't use Strava.
All this talk about Strava; why would anyone want to tell the world where they rode? Anyway, what's wrong with taking a person on their word? When my old mate OldandSlow told me in 1976 that he rode around the Dam on his rigid Speedwell in 24 minutes sans EPO, I believed him. There's no trust in this new age of cycling.
Wow dude.
1976, are you sure?
In 1976 I was in an ashram and you were still having trouble getting out of Morocco.
I think it was late '77 when we took the Cortina down the firetrail and got it bogged at the back end of the dam. I believe it may still be there.**
What is Strava?
** Some of this may never have happened.
With about 22 hours of sunlight they must be a bunch of lazy so & so's......
