Superb customer care....for once

Hey guys, we;re always quick to knock poor service but for once I'd like to give a big shout out to someone doing it right.
I recently bought a T-shirt online from NZO which I'd wanted for some time.
Not a massive deal but still 40 bucks worth.
It turned up in good time and was exactly what I wanted except it was too small for me...I'd ordered a medium and probably should have gone large.
Anyway I emailed NZO and said it was too small and how would I go about swapping it. There response was "Don't worry we'll send you another one free of charge and you can give the one you have to a mate who eats less pies than you".
Now that is what I call brilliant service and of course they will be my first port of call from now on when I need gear.
Seriously, how good is that.
