Hip, hip... Smiling

Have just heard Manly Dam is officially open again.

If anyone rides it in the next few days can someone post a comment on how it's dryed out and coped with the rain?

Update 15 Feb: The word from the... erm... trail is that there's still a lot of standing water and quiet a bit of erosion gone on. If you possibly can stay away and let things dry out this would probably help a lot!

Finally
I been so sick of riding Duck Holes and Centre Trails these last few weeks!

I'll probably go Saturday morning so I'll see how well it held up to two weeks of rain.

still quite alot of standing water in the usual sections this afternoon, could definatly do with some more rays....the amount of erosion is quite noticable. Many spots have become a little loose and rocky especially hill sections. Worst affected is the section of singletrack just before you back onto the houses, noticable loss of sand. I think I'm in for the next trail maintainance day!

yeah its pretty bad. The section before Wakehurst parkway has lots of standing water which will take some time to dry out.

There was still a sign yesterday next to the little creek crossing which said it was closed but it is not that bad at all now. Oh and it is predicted rain again tonight Sad

It's open and not that bad. The worst part was the last half of Bantry Bay which has standing water and the beginning of the final decent to the end (rutted and muddy).
