fell of lots, even got blood on both knees and elbow - great look for business meeting today!!!
the track is fine - one boggy bit heading down the hill before the creek but thats all
thank you for the ride guys - you are lucky i went off with the others, i grumbled all the way!!! until one of them ran over a dog - literally! He apolgised to the dog, ignored the owners and rode off - or course, i fell over because he stopped so suddenly so the owners were more worried about me - what a mess!! Very funny!!

Christine, you forgot the Golden Rule of Mountain Biking - "always wear protection".
Manly Dam for all its familiarity and well trodden path's has some very technical aspects which we all take for granted.
Having said that I wish I'd had been there to see it, did you go "turtle" again.
