Of course, you'll need a new rear hub/wheel to go with those too...
And chain and chainring as they use the alternating wide-narrow chain. I suspect you won't find many available second hand as they're pretty new and anyone who has shelled out is hanging onto them.
Not cheap ($480) but you could go with one of these which would let you keep a standard wheel, RD etc if you're happy with 38teeth. Personally I'd stick to 36 teeth for $70 and pedal harder
