Article about Lane Cove park, I think that it's on about a paved path rather than single track, but some may find it interesting.
What I found interesting was the part about Centenial Park. It would be great if they opened up the outer loop to mtb, there's plenty of people who ride it now but I don't think it's legal.

is very sandy in places on that outer loop. The track is very well worn tho and its not from bicycles so ive got no qualms riding it- it would be terrific if they made a designated path with some features there.
Council "thinking" concrete pathways is what bike riders want yeah right, and the some features you get are slabs of concrete. Just what i luv to ride NOT.

A 3 metre wide cycle path through the bush
Yeah - that's what I call a no brainer lol
Isn't that a road?
"940 meters" above the ground sounds fun!
hers part of a 7 km loop from mytrle st in north sydney down brennan park then to ball heads that where video spots after on to luna park allong waterfront back up to st leonarnds park. this is just some off the techy stuff. theres more is amazing what youll find if you just ride aroun d looking for short cuts through parks etc . stairs rocks pince climbs. anybody in the area who wants to come with holla.
