Does anyone know of any websites where people can post Garmin workouts for sharing?

Garmin connect
Do you mean a Garmin workout from Workout Creator, a recorded Garmin Activity or a stationary trainer workout?
If from Workout Creator - soz - don't know - if you find out plz post here
For activities
https://connect.garmin.com/signin
http://strava.com/
think http://www.mapmyride.com/ also uploads from garmin devices.
There are a couple of others.
For stationary/trainer workouts
http://www.trainerroad.com/
For garmin Training plans see http://connect.garmin.com/explore/training-plan - (but think you need to register?)
Definitely workouts, not activities.
Too lazy to type in my own .
Can't you just log them onto Garmin Connect and share them through there?
For workouts created with Garmin's Workout Creator (under 'Plan' > 'Workouts') it dosn't seem so. You can create your own and save them and download them to your own device. But there appears to be no way to make them available to others.
Wonder which site is going to be first to bring all these options together under one program.
Maybe Google will buy one of the companies (eg. Strava) and link it in to Google Earth
Strava does it with their route creator but I think it's only available to premium members. Only thing it can't do is turn your route into a satnav style guide on your phone app. Hopefully that's coming soon though.

If nothing else, this site is pretty good for converting between file formats.
One of the really annoying things about newer Garmins (for use with their website) is that you don't seem to be able to easily upload stuff to them unless it's with the Communicator plugin. Which doesn't work on Linux. Multi-platform fail
While the Garmin course creator is pretty nice, it can't export a file that you can then dump onto a device - you have to use the Communicator plugin unless I've missed something.
